    E-Learning in Higher Education is one of the major concern area which is recognized as an important factor, significantly contributing to the progress of an individual, social change and economic growth which leads to the holistic development of the nation. LMS has a wide range of products and services which can cater to the need of 21st century's learners and instructors. The popularity of LMS among the universities is very high, so the changing needs of stakeholder in education made a pathway to move towards more virtual learning which emphasizing to save time and money and effective delivery of instruction. As stated earlier Learning Management System is a software based application which help us to administrate, document, track, report and evaluate the teaching learning process, training programs, virtual classes, and e-Learning programs. Functions of Learning Management System can be broadly divided into 4 major parts and then sub parts will be discussed under     the   main    category: Stakeholder Functionality-In this part the participant or stakeholder has their own space by which they are able to access the following services: View the status of course and completion of courses ; Facility to print or view the certificate- Content or Course Management; Manage, add or delete the content of the course or modules.     Majority of India still lives in villages and so the topic of rural education in India is of utmost importance. A survey named called the Annual Status of Education Report (ASER), shows that even though the number of rural students attending schools is rising, but more than half of the students in fifth grade are unable to read a second grade text book and are not able to solve simple mathematical problems. Not only this, the level of maths and reading is further declining. Though efforts are being made, they are not in the right direction. The reason cited for this problem in surveys is the increasing number of single classroom to educate students from more than one grade. In some states attendance of teachers and students is also declining. These are a few reasons why schools have failed to educate rural India

In 2018, a total of 1.5 million Sing Health patients’ non-medical personal data were stolen from the health system in Singapore. On the other hand, Cloud service providers cannot be entirely trusted either. Personal data may be exploited in a malicious way such as in the Face book and Cambridge Analytical data scandal which affected 87 million users in 2018. Thus, it becomes increasingly important for end users to efficiently protect their data (texts, images, or videos) independently from Cloud service providers. Current educational trends, the emergence of the knowledge society, societal changes, and globalization influenced the higher education at the greater level and thus resulted in a quality education and quality assurance, the transformation of the education system and changes in teaching and learning approaches like virtual learning and more technologically enhanced learning. Among a wide range of ICT tools, Learning Management System has been introduced to academic institutions and industries not more than two decades. It is an effort which points towards the role of the LMS in teaching and learning pedagogy, access and flexibility, and cost effectiveness in higher education and it is suggested for higher education institutions to integrate the LMS into their teaching and learning process in order to achieve effective learning outcome.     The Learning style of every individual is unique. We require some adaptive and personalization techniques to extract required learning content from enormous content available. An adaptive learning system is developed by considering learner’s knowledge. It takes the individual’s performance into consideration and modifies constantly by responding with student specific learning content. Based on the results obtained and on his/her choice of content displayed. Learner’s performance is observed and modelled, adaption is done accordingly through continuous appraisals conducted after each module and tweaked during interactions. Educational institutions have adopted the use of information and communication technology (ICT) at various levels ranges from communication, examination and even human resource management. This paper explores the use of e-learning in enhancing teaching and learning in educational institutes. Finally, the paper recommends that e-learning platforms should be used at various levels of educational institutions, government and education regulatory bodies should enforce the adoption of e-learning in addition to conventional teaching modes, and teachers should be encouraged to share learning materials and tasks to students using electronic means

GSE and VM (MT) department undertakes Equipment/Vehicle maintenance of various customers which is used for supporting the International airport  Fleet, customers are broadly classified as Sharjah Airport, Other Agency and Personal. Unit (Equipment / Vehicle) may come for Servicing / Breakdown (BJ), Repairs (RJ), Accident repair (AJ), Schedule maintenance (RJ), for other agency maintenance (CJ) job card is opened.  When the unit comes for maintenance, it gets registered at the receptionist. Arrival id generated by the system and a Job card is opened. Supervisor checks the unit and detects the problem and accordingly the job to be done is filled in the job card and an internal stores requisition is made for spare parts. Other Agency and Personal maintenance is chargable, Estimation is done and only on approval maintenance is carried out. The mechanic who does the job fills the job-code and the time taken by him to do the job. Receptionist is informed about the status of all the equipment from time to time and the reason for pending is entered in the system. In this note, we present the following on fleet equipment maintenance and planning in International airport based on the experience of the author: - Is project on track for delivery as expected?  What is final data for deliver? What are final cost estimates? And Status against any other high-level shipping goals, namely Manufacturing rates, Delivery, Partners and so on
